Brief Introduction of CNC Automatic Glasss Cutting Line
CNC Automatic glass cutting line can cut glass sheets into any shape. The glass cutting line consists of three units: CNC automatic glass loading machine, CNC automatic glass cutting machine, and pneumatically glass breaking table. Controlled with a central PLC, all three machines constitute a whole glass cutting line, working together automatically in high speed and high precision.
Work flow: After starting the inputting machine, arms automatically suck glass from the shelf. Under sensor controlled, glass sheets automatically find their edge in the X and Y directions. After moving glass sheets to the designated location, transport glass to the CNC cutting table. Under laser sensory element guidance, use laser-reader to get the position of the glass-sheet. Cutter will move to coordinate origin, and automatically start to cut according to the preinstall graph. After cutting, glass will move to the breaking table. Start break bars to break the glass.
Features of CNC Automatic Glasss Cutting Line
a. The glass moved to the cutting table automatically by the automatic loading machine;
b. The CNC machine cutting the glass automatically accordingly to the input size;
c. The glass sheet after cutting finished will be moved automatically to the breaking table by the conveyor belt.The breaking bar of the table will break glass for two parts.Then the operator can break out the glass on the table.
