Brief Introduction of Two-component Sealant Coating Machine

The Two-component Sealant Coating Machine is special sealing equipment for manufacturing insulating glass units and curtain wall glass, able to finish the mixture and extruding of sealant A (base material) and sealant B (curing agent) for secondary sealing of insulating glass unit in one operation. The sealing machine consists of a base material pump, a curing agent pump, a proportioning pump, pump lifting system, sealant mixing system, hydraulic system, and electric system. The sealing machine applies to coating silicon sealant and poly-sulfide sealant which require exacting mixture ratio, meeting the requirements of high efficiency and high pass-rate assembly-line work of glass processing factory.
