Brief Introduction of Double-Head Copy-Routing Machine
Double-head Copy-routing Machine for Aluminum & uPVC Profile is used for copy-routing of water slots, pulley holes, lock holes and other hardware holes of aluminum and uPVC door & window. The milling bits can finish high-speed copy-routing on vertical direction, driven by a motor through a drive belt. The copy routing unit is equipped with a template, on which the copy-routing pin moves along the inner side of copy-routing holes or slots to make the milling bit finish copy-routing at the ratio 1:1. With the features of easy operation and high reliability, this copy router is common equipment for making aluminum and uPVC windows and doors.
