Brief Introduction of Horizontal Glass Edge Deletion Machine
The Horizontal Glass Edge Deletion Machine is mainly used to remove the coating layer on the edges of coated glass to meet the requirement of insulating glass manufacturing. Remove the coating layer on two adjacent sides at the same time, more efficiency. The parameters like the width and depth of edge deletion is adjustable. With full PLC control, the abrasive wheels start to work automatically after glass loading, and the machine stops automatically according to the glass size. The start and stop control of air cushion and dust-collecting system coordinates with the abrasive wheels for energy saving.
